Lees ze voordat u zich aanmeldt, want we zullen ons er beiden aan moeten houden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mr-af-meta\">Laatst bijgewerkt: 4 augustus 2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mr-af-card\">\n<p class=\"mr-af-card-title\">De korte versie<\/p>\n<div class=\"mr-af-grid\">\n<p class=\"mr-af-stat\"><b>10%<\/b><span>van de netto orderwaarde, exclusief btw en verzendkosten<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mr-af-stat\"><b>30 dagen<\/b><span>cookieduur, laatste klik krijgt credit<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mr-af-stat\"><b>14 dagen<\/b><span>Neem gedurende de retourtermijn geen nieuwe opdrachten aan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mr-af-stat\"><b>\u20ac50<\/b><span>minimaal saldo voordat een uitbetaling wordt verzonden<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">1<\/span>Wie we zijn<\/h2>\n<p>Het Mindrush-partnerprogramma wordt beheerd door Mindrush VOF, geregistreerd in Wijchen, Nederland, Kamer van Koophandel nummer 92850626, handelend onder de naam Mindrush.eu. In deze voorwaarden verwijzen wij naar onszelf als &quot;wij&quot;, &quot;ons&quot; of &quot;Mindrush&quot; en naar u als &quot;u&quot; of &quot;de partner&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Door je aan te melden voor het programma ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden. Als je het er niet mee eens bent, meld je dan niet aan.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">2<\/span>Solliciteren en geaccepteerd worden<\/h2>\n<p>Iedereen van 18 jaar en ouder kan zich aanmelden. We beoordelen elke aanvraag handmatig en kunnen een aanvraag naar eigen inzicht accepteren of afwijzen, zonder dat we daarvoor een reden hoeven op te geven.<\/p>\n<p>Bij uw aanvraag dient u accurate gegevens te verstrekken, waaronder een echte website of kanaal en een eerlijke beschrijving van hoe u ons wilt promoten. Aanvragen met onjuiste of onvolledige informatie worden afgewezen.<\/p>\n<p>E\u00e9n persoon of bedrijf mag \u00e9\u00e9n affiliate-account hebben.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">3<\/span>Commissie<\/h2>\n<p>Je verdient 10% van de orderwaarde op elke geldige verkoop die via jouw affiliate-link wordt gedaan.<\/p>\n<p>De commissie wordt berekend over de netto productwaarde. BTW, verzendkosten, cadeauverpakking en eventuele kortingen worden niet in de berekening meegenomen.<\/p>\n<p>Verwijzingen worden bijgehouden met een cookie die 30 dagen geldig is. Indien er meerdere affiliates bij betrokken zijn, ontvangt de affiliate die v\u00f3\u00f3r de bestelling op de laatst aangeklikte link klikte de commissie.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">4<\/span>Wanneer de opdracht is bevestigd<\/h2>\n<p>Nieuwe opdrachten worden 14 dagen vastgehouden om onze retourtermijn te dekken. Na die periode beoordelen en keuren we ze goed.<\/p>\n<p>We kunnen een commissie op elk moment terugdraaien als de bestelling wordt geretourneerd, geannuleerd, terugbetaald, teruggevorderd, onbetaald, frauduleus is of in strijd met deze voorwaarden is geplaatst. Teruggedraaide commissies worden van uw saldo verwijderd.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">5<\/span>Uitbetalingen<\/h2>\n<p>Uitbetalingen vinden plaats zodra uw goedgekeurde saldo 50 euro bereikt. Saldo&#039;s lager dan dat bedrag worden doorgeschoven naar de volgende uitbetaling.<\/p>\n<p>U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de betaalgegevens die u in uw dashboard invoert. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor betalingen die worden verzonden naar gegevens die u onjuist heeft verstrekt.<\/p>\n<p>U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor uw belastingen, btw-registratie en aangifte in uw eigen land. De commissie wordt bruto uitbetaald.<\/p>\n<p>Als uw account 12 opeenvolgende maanden inactief is geweest en uw saldo onder de uitbetalingsdrempel ligt, kunnen we het account sluiten en het resterende saldo laten vervallen nadat we u hiervan 30 dagen van tevoren per e-mail op de hoogte hebben gesteld.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">6<\/span>Hoe u ons kunt promoten<\/h2>\n<p>Je mag Mindrush promoten via je eigen website, blog, nieuwsbrief, podcast, videokanaal of sociale media-accounts, mits je publiek volwassen is en je content voldoet aan deze voorwaarden en de toepasselijke wetgeving.<\/p>\n<p>U dient uw commerci\u00eble relatie met ons duidelijk te vermelden waar u een affiliate link plaatst. In Nederland volgt dit uit de Reclamecode Social Media &amp; Influencer Marketing, en vergelijkbare regels gelden in de meeste EU-landen. Woorden zoals &#039;advertentie&#039;, &#039;reclame&#039;, &#039;betaalde samenwerking&#039; of &#039;affiliate link&#039;, zichtbaar bij de link geplaatst, zijn voldoende. Verborgen of onduidelijke vermelding is een schending van deze voorwaarden.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">7<\/span>Wat is niet toegestaan?<\/h2>\n<p>Het volgende leidt tot teruggave van commissies en onmiddellijke be\u00ebindiging van uw account.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mr-af-rules\">\n<h3>Beweringen over de producten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Geen enkele gezondheids-, medische of therapeutische claim mag worden gedaan. U mag niet beweren of suggereren dat onze producten een aandoening behandelen, genezen, voorkomen of verlichten, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot depressie, angststoornissen, PTSS, ADHD, verslaving, burn-out, clusterhoofdpijn of enige lichamelijke ziekte.<\/li>\n<li>Er worden geen beweringen gedaan over een aantoonbare verbetering van prestaties, productiviteit, creativiteit of geestelijke gezondheid.<\/li>\n<li>Geen enkel doseringsadvies is bedoeld als medisch advies.<\/li>\n<li>Wij beweren niet dat onze producten zijn goedgekeurd, getest of onderschreven door een medische, wetenschappelijke of overheidsinstantie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mr-af-note\">Deze regels bestaan omdat gezondheidsclaims in deze categorie verboden zijn volgens de EU-wetgeving inzake levensmiddelen en consumentenbescherming. De aansprakelijkheid rust zowel op ons als op u.<\/p>\n<h3>Publiek en grondgebied<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Geen promotie gericht op personen onder de 18 jaar, en geen promotie op platforms, kanalen of in contexten die primair gericht zijn op minderjarigen.<\/li>\n<li>Geen reclame gericht op zwangere vrouwen of vrouwen die borstvoeding geven.<\/li>\n<li>Geen promotie in landen waar onze producten wettelijk niet verkocht mogen worden of waar we niet naartoe verzenden. Controleer onze verzendinformatie voordat u zich op een bepaalde markt richt.<\/li>\n<li>Geen reclame gericht op mensen met een bekende psychiatrische voorgeschiedenis, en geen inhoud die gebruik in combinatie met alcohol, medicatie of andere middelen aanmoedigt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Verkeers- en advertentiemethoden<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Het is niet toegestaan om te bieden op de term &quot;Mindrush&quot; of enige variant, spelfout of combinatie daarvan in Google Ads, Bing Ads of enig ander betaald zoekplatform.<\/li>\n<li>Gebruik de term &#039;mindrush&#039; of een verwarrend vergelijkbare term niet in een URL, advertentietitel, domeinnaam, subdomein of socialmedia-account.<\/li>\n<li>Geen directe links van betaalde advertenties naar Mindrush.eu. Betaald verkeer moet eerst op uw eigen content terechtkomen.<\/li>\n<li>Geen coupon-, voucher-, cashback- of loyaliteitsprogramma&#039;s en geen browserextensies of toolbars.<\/li>\n<li>Geen cookie stuffing, gedwongen klikken, verborgen iframes, pop-unders, adware of geautomatiseerde klikgeneratie.<\/li>\n<li>Geen ongevraagde e-mails of sms&#039;jes, geen gekochte mailinglijsten en geen affiliate links plaatsen in reacties, forums of groepen waar u geen geregistreerd lid bent.<\/li>\n<li>Geen betaalde socialemedia-advertenties die in strijd zijn met het advertentiebeleid van het platform dat u gebruikt. U draagt zelf het risico voor uw accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Integriteit<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Geen commissie op uw eigen bestellingen of op bestellingen geplaatst door personen in uw huishouden.<\/li>\n<li>Het is verboden je voor te doen als Mindrush, accounts of pagina&#039;s aan te maken die eruitzien als offici\u00eble Mindrush-kanalen, en jezelf voor te doen als onze medewerker of vertegenwoordiger.<\/li>\n<li>Geen nepbeoordelingen, valse getuigenissen of verzonnen persoonlijke ervaringen.<\/li>\n<li>Geen inhoud die illegaal, haatdragend, discriminerend, seksueel expliciet of gewelddadig is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">8<\/span>Merkactiva<\/h2>\n<p>U mag ons logo, productafbeeldingen en productbeschrijvingen gebruiken voor promotiedoeleinden, ongewijzigd en zonder de kleuren of verhoudingen aan te passen. U mag geen handelsmerken, domeinnamen of accounts registreren die onze merknaam bevatten. Deze toestemming vervalt zodra uw deelname aan het programma eindigt.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">9<\/span>Onafhankelijkheid<\/h2>\n<p>U neemt deel als onafhankelijke partij. Niets in deze voorwaarden schept een arbeidsrelatie, vertegenwoordiging, partnerschap of joint venture. U bepaalt zelf hoe en wanneer u ons promoot, u draagt uw eigen kosten en risico&#039;s en u heeft geen recht op een minimuminkomen.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">10<\/span>Schorsing en be\u00ebindiging<\/h2>\n<p>Beide partijen kunnen hun deelname op elk moment en om welke reden dan ook be\u00ebindigen door middel van een opzegging. U kunt uw account sluiten via uw dashboard of door ons een e-mail te sturen.<\/p>\n<p>We kunnen uw account onmiddellijk opschorten of be\u00ebindigen en onbetaalde commissie inhouden of terugvorderen als we redelijkerwijs van mening zijn dat u deze voorwaarden hebt overtreden. Als de overtreding gering en herstelbaar is, zullen we u normaal gesproken eerst op de hoogte stellen en u de kans geven om deze te corrigeren.<\/p>\n<p>Als uw account wordt be\u00ebindigd vanwege een overtreding, vervalt alle nog openstaande commissie.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">11<\/span>Wijzigingen<\/h2>\n<p>We kunnen deze voorwaarden, het commissiepercentage, de cookie-duur of de uitbetalingsdrempel wijzigen. We zullen actieve affiliates ten minste 14 dagen voordat een wijziging van kracht wordt per e-mail op de hoogte stellen. Wijzigingen zijn niet met terugwerkende kracht van toepassing op reeds verdiende commissies. Door ons te blijven promoten na een wijziging, accepteert u deze.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">12<\/span>Betrouwbaarheid<\/h2>\n<p>Het programma wordt geleverd zoals het is. We garanderen geen uptime van de tracking, beschikbaarheid van producten of een bepaald verdienniveau. Onze totale aansprakelijkheid jegens u is beperkt tot het bedrag aan goedgekeurde, nog niet uitbetaalde commissie op uw account op het moment dat de claim ontstaat, behalve in gevallen van opzet of grove nalatigheid van onze kant.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">13<\/span>Persoonsgegevens<\/h2>\n<p>Wij verwerken uw naam, e-mailadres, website, betaalgegevens en verwijzingsstatistieken om het programma te kunnen uitvoeren. Dit is noodzakelijk voor de uitvoering van onze overeenkomst met u. Wij bewaren de gegevens zolang uw account actief is en gedurende de wettelijke bewaartermijnen daarna. <a href=\"#\" class=\"mr-af-todo\">URL van het privacybeleid in te voegen<\/a> van toepassing. U kunt toegang, correctie of verwijdering aanvragen door een e-mail te sturen naar <a href=\"mailto:armando@mindrush.eu\">armando@mindrush.eu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">14<\/span>Toepasselijk recht<\/h2>\n<p>Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Read them before you apply, because they are what we will both be held to.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mr-af-meta\">Last updated: 4 August 2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"mr-af-card\">\n<p class=\"mr-af-card-title\">The short version<\/p>\n<div class=\"mr-af-grid\">\n<p class=\"mr-af-stat\"><b>10%<\/b><span>of net order value, excluding VAT and shipping<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mr-af-stat\"><b>30 days<\/b><span>cookie duration, last click gets the credit<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mr-af-stat\"><b>14 days<\/b><span>hold on new commissions for the return window<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"mr-af-stat\"><b>&euro;50<\/b><span>minimum balance before a payout is sent<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">1<\/span>Who we are<\/h2>\n<p>The Mindrush affiliate programme is operated by Mindrush VOF, registered in Wijchen, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 92850626, trading as Mindrush.eu. In these terms we refer to ourselves as \"we\", \"us\" or \"Mindrush\", and to you as \"you\" or \"the affiliate\".<\/p>\n<p>By applying to the programme you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not apply.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">2<\/span>Applying and being accepted<\/h2>\n<p>Anyone aged 18 or over may apply. We review every application manually and may accept or decline an application at our discretion, without being required to give a reason.<\/p>\n<p>You must give accurate details when you apply, including a real website or channel and an honest description of how you intend to promote us. Applications with false or missing information will be declined.<\/p>\n<p>One person or business may hold one affiliate account.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">3<\/span>Commission<\/h2>\n<p>You earn 10% of the order value on every valid sale made through your affiliate link.<\/p>\n<p>Commission is calculated on the net product value. VAT, shipping costs, gift wrapping and any discount applied are excluded from the calculation.<\/p>\n<p>Referrals are tracked with a cookie that lasts 30 days. Where more than one affiliate is involved, the last affiliate link clicked before the order receives the commission.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">4<\/span>When commission is confirmed<\/h2>\n<p>New commissions are held for 14 days to cover our return window. After that period we review and approve them.<\/p>\n<p>We may reverse a commission at any time if the order is returned, cancelled, refunded, charged back, unpaid, fraudulent, or placed in breach of these terms. Reversed commissions are removed from your balance.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">5<\/span>Payouts<\/h2>\n<p>Payouts are made once your approved balance reaches 50 euro. Balances below that amount roll over to the next payout.<\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for the payment details you enter in your dashboard. We are not liable for payments sent to details you supplied incorrectly.<\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for your own taxes, VAT registration and reporting in your own country. Commission is paid gross.<\/p>\n<p>If your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months and your balance is below the payout threshold, we may close the account and forfeit the remaining balance after giving you 30 days notice by email.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">6<\/span>How you may promote us<\/h2>\n<p>You may promote Mindrush through your own website, blog, newsletter, podcast, video channel or social media accounts, provided your audience is adult and your content complies with these terms and with applicable law.<\/p>\n<p>You must clearly disclose your commercial relationship with us wherever you place an affiliate link. In the Netherlands this follows from the Reclamecode Social Media &amp; Influencer Marketing, and comparable rules apply in most EU countries. Words such as \"advertisement\", \"ad\", \"paid partnership\" or \"affiliate link\" placed visibly near the link are sufficient. Hidden or ambiguous disclosure is a breach of these terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">7<\/span>What is not allowed<\/h2>\n<p>The following will lead to reversal of commissions and immediate termination of your account.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"mr-af-rules\">\n<h3>Claims about the products<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No health, medical or therapeutic claims of any kind. You may not state or imply that our products treat, cure, prevent or relieve any condition, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, addiction, burnout, cluster headaches or any physical illness.<\/li>\n<li>No claims about improving performance, productivity, creativity or mental health as a factual outcome.<\/li>\n<li>No dosage advice framed as medical guidance.<\/li>\n<li>No claims that our products are approved, tested or endorsed by any medical, scientific or governmental body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mr-af-note\">These rules exist because health claims on this category are prohibited under EU food and consumer protection law. Liability falls on us as well as on you.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Audience and territory<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No promotion aimed at anyone under 18, and no promotion on platforms, channels or in contexts primarily aimed at minors.<\/li>\n<li>No promotion aimed at pregnant or breastfeeding people.<\/li>\n<li>No promotion in countries where our products may not lawfully be sold or where we do not ship. Check our shipping information before targeting a market.<\/li>\n<li>No promotion aimed at people with a known psychiatric history, and no content encouraging use alongside alcohol, medication or other substances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>Traffic and advertising methods<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No bidding on the term \"Mindrush\" or any variation, misspelling or combination of it in Google Ads, Bing Ads or any other paid search platform.<\/li>\n<li>No use of \"mindrush\" or a confusingly similar term in a display URL, ad headline, domain name, subdomain or social media handle.<\/li>\n<li>No direct linking from paid ads to Mindrush.eu. Paid traffic must land on your own content first.<\/li>\n<li>No coupon, voucher, cashback or loyalty sites, and no browser extensions or toolbars.<\/li>\n<li>No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, pop-unders, adware or any automated click generation.<\/li>\n<li>No unsolicited email or SMS, no purchased lists, and no posting affiliate links in comment sections, forums or groups where you are not an established participant.<\/li>\n<li>No paid social advertising that breaches the advertising policies of the platform you are using. You carry the risk for your own accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>Integrity<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No commission on your own orders or on orders placed by people in your household.<\/li>\n<li>No impersonating Mindrush, no creating accounts or pages that appear to be official Mindrush channels, and no representing yourself as our employee or agent.<\/li>\n<li>No fake reviews, fake testimonials or fabricated personal experiences.<\/li>\n<li>No content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit or violent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">8<\/span>Brand assets<\/h2>\n<p>You may use our logo, product images and product descriptions for the purpose of promoting us, unmodified and without altering colours or proportions. You may not register trademarks, domain names or accounts containing our brand name. Permission ends when your participation in the programme ends.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">9<\/span>Independence<\/h2>\n<p>You take part as an independent party. Nothing in these terms creates employment, agency, partnership or a joint venture. You decide how and when you promote us, you carry your own costs and risks, and you are not entitled to any minimum earnings.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">10<\/span>Suspension and termination<\/h2>\n<p>Either party may end participation at any time, for any reason, by giving notice. You can close your account from your dashboard or by emailing us.<\/p>\n<p>We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and withhold or reverse unpaid commission where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will normally tell you first and give you a chance to correct it.<\/p>\n<p>If your account is terminated for a breach, any pending commission is forfeited.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">11<\/span>Changes<\/h2>\n<p>We may change these terms, the commission rate, the cookie duration or the payout threshold. We will notify active affiliates by email at least 14 days before a change takes effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to commissions already earned. Continuing to promote us after a change means you accept it.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">12<\/span>Liability<\/h2>\n<p>The programme is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uptime of tracking, availability of products, or any level of earnings. Our total liability towards you is limited to the amount of approved, unpaid commission on your account at the time the claim arises, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">13<\/span>Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>We process your name, email address, website, payment details and referral statistics in order to run the programme. This is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you. We keep the data for as long as your account is active and for the statutory retention periods afterwards. Our <a href=\"#\" class=\"mr-af-todo\">privacy policy URL to be inserted<\/a> applies. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing <a href=\"mailto:armando@mindrush.eu\">armando@mindrush.eu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span class=\"mr-af-num\">14<\/span>Applicable law<\/h2>\n<p>Dutch law applies to these terms.
