How long does shipping take within the Netherlands/EU?
Netherlands: usually 1–2 working days after receipt of payment.
EU countries: usually 3–7 working days depending on the country and the postal or courier service.
How discreetly will my order be packaged?
We ship all products in neutral, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our company type. The package only displays the shipping address and sender's name, with no product information. Inside, the order is additionally protected with padding.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact and credit card, among others.
When will my order be shipped?
All our orders are shipped in partnership with DHL or PostNL. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day, except on weekends. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on Mondays. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email.
Do you offer a delivery guarantee within the EU?
