Our truffles are organically grown in the Netherlands, without the use of chemicals or artificial additives. They grow naturally underground (sclerotia) and are processed under strictly controlled conditions.
Each batch is professionally packaged according to certified food safety standards, so you are assured of a clean, safe and reliable product.
Legal & shippable
In the Netherlands, psilocybin truffles (sclerotia) are completely legal. They are not covered by the 2008 magic mushroom ban because they grow differently (underground) and are not explicitly listed in Schedule I of the Opium Act.
They are also classified as food and are subject to the supervision of the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) – the same agency that also inspects regular food products. This means they meet all legal requirements for production and sale within the Netherlands.
Within the EU the following applies: mutual recognition (Regulation 2019/515): products that are legal in one Member State may in principle also be offered for sale in other Member States.

Usage
- Raw food – chew well for optimal absorption
- Making tea – chop finely and let it steep in hot (not boiling) water for 15–20 minutes
- Mix with food – for example yoghurt or dark chocolate to soften the taste

- Unopened: Best before date on packaging (store refrigerated at 2–4 °C)
- After opening: use immediately or consume within a few days
Dried/frozen: almost indefinite shelf life when stored correctly
Dosage
Each package contains 6 portions of 1 gram of fresh product. Using a scale, you can vary between 0.2 – 1.2 grams if desired.
General guidelines (fresh truffles):

- Usage schedule: often a cycle of 1 day dosing + 2 days break applied

Psilocybin truffles are completely legal in the Netherlands. They fall under the category of foodstuffs and are monitored by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA)—the same agency that also inspects regular food products. Thanks to this legal status, they are safe and fully permitted for production and sale in the Netherlands.
EU Mutual Recognition Legislation
Within the European Union, the principle of mutual recognition applies: a product legally marketed in one Member State may also be offered for sale or imported into other Member States. Exceptions are only permitted if there are demonstrable risks to public health. Because psilocybin truffles are considered safe and non-addictive, they fall within this framework. European law prevails over national legislation in this regard, meaning local authorities and customs have no grounds to block an order.
