At Mindrush we sell products that fresh and hygienic Therefore, special rules apply for returns and refunds. Please read this page carefully before contacting us.

Can I return my order?

Our products are fresh and hygienic.
Therefore it applies no statutory 14-day cooling-off period after your order has been shipped.

In some cases we still allow returns, but only under these conditions:

  • the product is unopened

  • the seal is completely intact

  • you have prior permission received from Mindrush

  • the Return shipping costs are for the customer

When is it not possible to return something?

  • if the product opened is

  • if the seal is broken

  • if the package has already been used

We cannot resell these products.

Not at home, not collected or wrong address

The delivery person does always two delivery attempts.

Are you not at home during both attempts?
Or do you not collect the package from a collection point afterwards?

Then the package goes automatically returned to us.

👉 In these cases you won't get any money back, because we cannot resell the products.

This also applies if:

  • you refuse delivery

  • the address incorrect or incomplete has been given up

Package lost during shipping

Is your package really lost during shipping?
Or is the package seized by customs?

Then we will look for a solution together.

This could be:

  • we send one time a new package, or

  • you get one time your money back

👉 This solution applies maximum once per customer.

We only do this if:

  • the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, or

  • customs confirms that the package has been taken and will not be delivered.

Do you want after this solution send again?
Then this happens entirely at your own risk.

For a second or subsequent shipment:

  • we give no money back

  • we send no new package

  • not even in case of loss or customs seizure

Return costs & refund

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The amount paid for the product will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Or is the package seized by customs?

Then we will look for a solution together.

This could be:

  • we send one time a new package, or

  • you get one time your money back

We only do this if:

When will you get your money back or a solution?

Only in these situations:

  • you have it wrong product received

  • the product is arrived damaged

  • we have a made a mistake

Then send us within 48 hours of receipt an email with:

  • your order number

  • a brief explanation

  • photos (if necessary)
