What do we want to know from you?

• Salutation, first and last name: for the invoice.
• Address and city: We'll include your address and city on the invoice. This will also serve as the delivery address. You can't edit your invoice afterward.
• Payment information and invoice: We use a secure payment environment. When you pay with iDeal or bank transfer, your information is stored in our records to link the payment to your order. We only use your bank account number when you receive a refund from us. 
• IP address: By remembering the IP addresses of our visitors, we can provide a secure shopping experience for all our customers.
• Email address: you will receive an email about your order or invoice, but also when a product you want to order is back in stock.

Delivery

We'll make sure your order is delivered to the correct address, on the correct date, and at the correct time. To arrange this, we need some information from you, which we'll share with one of our delivery partners.

We use the Cardgate platform to process (part of) the payments in our online store.
