Hoe lang duurt verzending binnen Nederland / EU?
Nederland: meestal 1–2 werkdagen na ontvangst van betaling.
EU-landen: doorgaans 3–7 werkdagen, afhankelijk van het land en de post- of koeriersdienst.
Hoe discreet wordt mijn bestelling verpakt?
Wij verzenden alle producten in neutrale, onherkenbare verpakkingen zonder verwijzing naar de inhoud of ons bedrijfstype. Op het pakket staat alleen het verzendadres en de afzendernaam zonder productinformatie. Binnenin wordt de bestelling extra beschermd met opvulmateriaal.

Wanneer wordt mijn bestelling verzonden?
Al onze bestellingen worden verzonden in samenwerking met DHL of PostNL. Bestel je op werkdagen vóór 17:00 uur? Dan wordt je bestelling dezelfde dag nog verzonden, met uitzondering van het weekend. Bestellingen die op zaterdag of zondag binnenkomen, worden op maandag verwerkt. Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je automatisch een verzendbevestiging per e-mail.
