How long does shipping take within the Netherlands / EU?
Netherlands: usually 1 to 2 working days after payment is received.
EU countries: usually 3 to 7 working days, depending on the country and the postal or courier service.
How discreetly is my order packed?
We ship all products in neutral, unrecognisable packaging with no reference to the contents or the type of business. The parcel only shows the delivery address and the sender name, without any product information. Inside, your order is protected with extra padding.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact and credit card, among others.
When will my order be shipped?
All our orders are shipped with DHL or PostNL. Order on a working day before 17:00 and your order ships the same day, except at weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday. As soon as your order has shipped, you automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Do you offer a delivery guarantee within the EU?
Yes. If your order gets lost, we arrange a new delivery or a refund. Read all the details in our Shipping Policy.
Do you also ship to islands?
Yes, but allow for a longer delivery time (up to 14 days).
