When will my order be shipped?

All our orders are shipped in partnership with DHL or PostNL. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day, except on weekends. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on Mondays. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email.

What is the delivery time within the Netherlands?

Within the Netherlands, your order will usually be delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

What is the delivery time to other countries in Europe?

Belgium, Germany and France: 2 to 3 working days
Other European countries: 4 to 5 working days

We do not ship outside Europe.

What are your shipping costs?

Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €29. For orders under €29, we charge €3.95.

Belgium: fixed rate of €11.
Other European countries: Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Are there any products with shipping restrictions?

Yes, some products are not legally allowed to be shipped to certain countries.

These restrictions:

Are automatically checked when you enter your shipping address in the shopping cart

Can I change my order after it has been shipped?

No, once your order has been handed over to the carrier we can no longer make any changes.

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

This is possible as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us soon.

Can I receive psilocybin truffles in my country?

European legislation: mutual recognition of goods

Psilocybin truffles are completely legal in the Netherlands. Thanks to the EU Directive on Mutual Recognition of Goods, products legally traded in one EU Member State may also be offered and sold in other Member States—even if they are not explicitly permitted there. This makes it possible to ship legitimately from the Netherlands to other EU countries.

Safety and assessment by RIVM

The effectiveness and safety of psilocybin truffles have been extensively studied by the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). Their findings show that the risk of harm is very limited when used responsibly. Because the products are legal in the Netherlands and demonstrably considered safe, customs in other EU countries generally have no grounds to refuse or confiscate shipments from the Netherlands.

Do you offer a delivery guarantee within the EU?

Yes. If your order doesn't arrive, we'll arrange a new delivery or issue a refund.

Do you ship to islands?

Yes, please take into account a longer delivery time (up to 14 days).

Is discreet shipping possible?

Yes, all our orders are discreetly packed in plain boxes without visible labels.

Can I leave delivery instructions?

You can do this at checkout. We'll pass this information on to the carrier, although we can't guarantee delivery.
